White Wine Sauvignon Blanc Las Condes, Chile Top class Chilean white. A fresh young wine, it offers aromas of mint, melon and pineapple with refreshing citrus notes of lime and grapefruit. The palate is soft and fruity with a medium body and a well-balanced acidity. Chardonnay Head Over Heels, Australia Medium pale straw in colour, this Chardonnay is an appealing fruit driven wine with aromas of candied citrus fruit, pear drop and ripe melon flavours that continue to a long finish. Pinot Grigio Colli Vicentini DOC, Venezie, Italy Wonderful example of Pinot Grigio from Northern Italy with delicate flowery notes. It is dry, pleasantly fresh with hints of white fruits. Red Wine Merlot Las Condes, Chile This Merlot is an intense, bright ruby red-violet colour with aromas that recall black fruit jams such as plum, blackberry and blueberry. It also shows a touch of spice along with light toasted notes from the oak. The wine has soft, sweet tannins and a flavourful, full-bodied palate with a long finish. Shiraz Head Over Heels, Australia A concentrated palate offers flavours of balckberry, cherry and plum. Complex oak character, vanilla and caramel complement the full fruit flavours creating a long, rich finish. Malbec La Bonita, Argentina The Reserve Malbec is full of ripe plum fruits, sweet tannins, dark chocolate and mocha. A full-bodied wine with juicy tannins and flavour that lingers.
